Revitalizing a: BMW 335d Full Detail & Ceramic Coating
A car like the BMW 335d is a driver’s machine built for the road and designed to perform. However, after 70,000 miles and several years of British weather, even the best engineering starts to show its age.
We recently had this stunning Crimson Red 335d in the studio for an Entry Level Detail, and the transformation was nothing short of dramatic. If your car is starting to look a little "flat," here is exactly how we bring that showroom shine back to life.
The Problem: Tired Paint & Road Grime
Upon inspection, the paintwork was heavily contaminated and covered in swirls and scratches. These "spider web" marks are caused by improper washing techniques, and they stop the light from reflecting off the paint, making the car look dull. The engine bay also needed some serious attention to match the car's performance.
Our Process: The Deep Clean
Before we even think about polishing, we have to ensure the surface is surgically clean. Our decontamination process includes:
Engine Bay Detail: Degreasing and dressing the heart of the car.
Snow Foam & Pre-Wash: Safely lifting surface grit.
Mechanical Decontamination: Using a Clay Bar to remove embedded particles that a regular wash simply can’t touch.
Chemical Decontamination: Removing iron fallout and stubborn tar/glue.
The Correction: Machine Polishing
With the paint clean, we performed a machine polish to remove those light scratches and swirls. For a red car like this, the goal is "depth." By levelling the clear coat, we allow the Crimson Red pigment to truly pop.

The Protection: CarPro C.Quartz 3.0
To lock in the results, we applied a CarPro C.Quartz 3.0 Ceramic Coating. This provides:
2 Years of Protection: A hard, sacrificial layer over the paint.
Extreme Hydrophobics: Water and dirt slide right off, making your monthly wash effortless.
Deep Gloss: That "wet look" that lasts for years, not weeks.
Conclusion: Is your car ready for a refresh?
A vehicle with 70,000 miles doesn't have to look its age. With the right correction and protection, we can make your current car feel brand new again.
