Below, we take you behind the scenes of our meticulous process from deep decontamination and single stage machine polishing to installing a dual layered ceramic coating that guarantees up to 5 years of ultimate protection.   


Phase 1: Deep Clean, Wheel Removal, and Decontamination


Achieving a flawless finish starts long before a polishing pad touches the paintwork. For a multi year ceramic protection detail, we leave no stone unturned.

  • Wheel Off Deep Clean: To properly protect your wheels and calipers, we take them completely off the vehicle. This gives us unobstructed access to deep clean the inner barrels, suspension components, and brake calipers before applying a dedicated ceramic coating.   

  • Engine Bay Refresh: We gently wash, clean, and dress the engine bay to eliminate accumulated dust and road grime.   

  • Chemical & Contact Wash: Using specialized low pH shampoos and snow foam, we break down stubborn traffic film, iron fallout, and tar spots that routine car washes miss.   

  • Clay Bar Treatment: We finish the decontamination phase with a mechanical clay bar treatment to pull any embedded microscopic contaminants straight out of the clear coat, leaving a completely smooth foundation.   



Phase 2: Single Stage Machine Polishing and Gloss Enhancement


With the paintwork completely decontaminated, the Mini was moved inside our studio for Phase 2: Single Stage Machine Polishing.   


  • Opening Up the Pores: This process removes minor surface imperfections and significantly enhances the gloss of the vehicle's paintwork.   

  • Creating a Bond: By refining the finish and opening up the paint pores, we prepare the surface so that the upcoming ceramic layers can form a robust, physical bond with the vehicle's clear coat.   

  • Precision Areas: Using a range of machines, we carefully correct tight spots, pillars, door handles, and exterior glass to ensure uniform perfection across every square inch.   




Phase 3: Dual Layered Ceramic Coating and Multi Surface Protection


The final phase is where the magic happens, locking in the gloss and shielding the vehicle for the long haul. We utilized an advanced dual layered CarPro ceramic system:   


  1. The Base Layer (CarPro D.Quartz Professional): This acts as a true paint hardener, transforming soft or medium factory paint types into a much harder, more resilient surface. It is a migration coating that anchors deep into the clear coat.   


  2. The Top Layer (CarPro C.Quartz Finest Reserve): Layered directly over the D.Quartz base, this top coat elevates gloss levels to a mirror like finish and creates directional water repellence leaving microscopic lines behind to optimize self cleaning properties.   


  3. Comprehensive Protection: We didn’t stop at the paintwork. We applied dedicated ceramic coatings to the wheels, brake calipers, exterior glass, and interior surfaces to ensure total protection.
